When you get an abnormal ache or pain, do the intelligent thing and see a Physiotherapist. Pro-Fit trainers are NOT therapists or "corrective specialists". And we do not pretend to be. We work in conjunction with recommended physiotherapists who will assess the problem and provide a diagnosis and plan of rehabilitation. Our trainer's job is to take that plan and launch it. Most injuries we see are from people who are simply out of shape. One way of preventing rehabilitation is frequent exercise.
