Core Stability Training
Now why train the core?
The core is where the human body's center of gravity is located and where all movement begins. Our Personal Trainers will help you train to enable it to function efficiently.

FACT:

There are 29 muscles in the core group that are attached to the lower back, pelvis and hip regions. Doing crunches alone and isolating the abs is NOT going to do much for your core

The core muscles work as an integrated unit, not as an isolated muscle i.e Each structural component of the core works simultaneously to distribute weight, absorb force, and transfer ground reaction forces.

So if you don't have a strong core and go straight into a workout regime, chances are, you'll end up calling us for rehabilitation.

Our core training program doesn't just focus on static positions. We believe that all stability training should ultimately progress to 'Mo-stability' - Movement stability. So get ready for powerful dynamic exercises that will challenge your core and set it on fire! You will soon realise exactly how powerful this muscle group really is!
